HSL Wins Regional Travel Award

We are delighted to share with you that HSL was announced on Tuesday as a Local Authority STARS Secondary School of the Year.

We were then also announced as the Modeshift STARS Secondary School of the Region Winner. This means we will be invited to London to represent the Southwest at the National STARS School Travel Awards event that will take place on 17 March 2027.

This incredible achievement follows our recent Modeshift STARS reaccreditation for our Excellent Travel Plan and highlights our outstanding efforts and dedication in promoting walking, cycling, and sustainable travel to and from school.
